Refund and Exchange Policy
Your satisfaction is our main motivation. However, due to custom issues in Turkey, we are unable to facilitate international returns or size exchanges, but we are happy to accept returns or size exchanges in person.
Exchange or Return products must be in the original condition i.e. new, unworn, unsoiled and in sellable condition. All tags must be in place and hygienic protective shields attached (never removed) on swimsuit bottoms.
If merchandise is defective, please notify us within 3 days of receipt of the merchandise, by sending us a picture to email@example.com and we will replace the defective item if it is still in stock. There will be no additional shipping fees for replacement items on defective merchandise.
It is important to note that all our merchandise is thoroughly inspected before shipment for any damage, so please send us a picture and an e-mail so we can verify the damages source to firstname.lastname@example.org.
