Refund & Exchanges

Return or Exchange 

Your satisfaction is our main motivation, in case you are not 100% happy with your Trepezzi pieces due to fit or any other reason, an exchange or return is possible within 15 days of receiving your shipment.

A return can be issued and a full refund credited to the same account used for your online purchase.   

If you would like a refund for your regularly priced item, please contact info@trepezzi.com to receive instructions on how to return your merchandise. 

Important Note:
Items returned or exchanged must be in the original condition i.e. new, unworn, unsoiled and in sellable condition.  All tags must be in place and hygienic protective shields attached (never removed) on swimsuit bottoms.  

Defective Merchandise:
If merchandise is defective, please notify us within 3 days of receipt of the merchandise, and we will replace the defective item if it is still in stock.  There will be no additional shipping fees for replacement items on defective merchandise.  It is important to note that all our merchandise is thoroughly inspected before shipment for any damage, so please send us a picture and an e-mail so we can verify the damages source to info@trepezzi.com
