Q: If I have size related questions, who can I contact?
A: Our customer service team is happy to answer all your questions including best fit and size, you can write to us through our instagram account or directly to info@trepezzi.com.

Q:How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A: Please allow 2-4 business days for your order to arrive.

Q: How will I know which carrier will ship my merchandise?
A: Orders are shipped by Trepezzi through FedEx, TNT, UPS or  DHL. Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number by e-mail.  

Q: If I order multiple items will they all ship in the same shipment?
A: Yes, unless otherwise notified, your merchandise will be shipped in a single package.  

Q: Can I change order details once my order has been placed?
A: Once an order is submitted, we can only make changes if it hasn't shipped yet, in that case please get in touch with us immediately through info@trepezzi.com

Q: Are Trepezzi fits true to size?
A: Our products are true to size

Q: Do you provide a return label?
A: We do not provide a return label. We ask our customers to post the swimsuit to us through their national carrier to an address we will provide through email, and send us proof of shipment. 

Q: How long will it take for a credit to be issued after you receive my return?
A: Returns will be processed immediately upon receipt of products, upon condition approval, a refund will be issued within 48 hours.
